Walk & Talk Therapy

Maybe the idea of sitting in a chair in a room for counselling isn’t right for you.

If you’re considering counselling and know you’d like to be in-person with your counsellor, but the thought of sitting across from one another in a room is stifling or claustrophobic, walk and talk therapy might be a better option for you. If you think being out in the fresh air and nature while also moving might be most comfortable for you, please email your counsellor about doing walk and talk therapy.
