Telehealth options include telephone or video counselling.

You might be local to us, but find getting out of the house difficult, or that you feel more safe to do remote sessions with the current pandemic. Maybe you are not in our local area, but you’re in BC, and you’re in a more remote community or you’d like access to counsellors outside of your local community. Regardless of what prompts you to seek telehealth, we are pleased to meet you in whatever way might be best for you. If you’re working with a counsellor via telehealth, you are more than welcome to change to in-person counselling at anytime and for any reason.

Our intention is to ensure counselling stays accessible to you at all times. If you have an in-person appointment scheduled with us, and you are not feeling well, or you have had something else leave you scrambling for time to get to your session, you can adjust your in-person appointment to a Telehealth session.

Please email your counsellor directly prior to your session with your preferred method, telephone (include your phone number) or video counselling, to ensure your appointment can begin on time.
