Are you a woman that struggles with confidence? Maybe you make yourself small or tuck yourself away, avoiding attention, or maybe you struggle to make decisions and turn yourself into knots about them. You might find you simply don’t make decisions at all, or maybe you frequently abandon your own needs.
This intimate, one-day group will help you deepen your awareness and your sense of self. It will offer some education on what holds women back from confidence and will provide experiential exercises designed to support you in building a sense of empowerment. Over the course of the day you’ll have an opportunity to debrief your experiences with other participants.
