The know yourself; grow yourself group is for those who feel like they struggle to make sense of both their emotions and their sense of self. You might find you feel angry or sad one moment and then completely numb the next moment. You may keep yourself really busy, and feel like you’re always on, or you may be tired and play video games or scroll social media unsure what feels quite right. This group will help you to understand what self worth is and how to begin to figure out what is right for you. It will guide you in exploring the critical voice that lives inside you and teach you to invite self compassion.
