I believe that working towards wellness and self-understanding is a lifelong endeavour. My aim is to provide you with a safe and non-judgemental space for you to discover what wellness means for you. Together, we can explore the different facets of your world and make meaning of your life experiences. Through a holistic and collaborative approach, I will help you develop skills to manage individual challenges, deepen personal insight, and strengthen inner compassion on your journey of healing and self-exploration. I will honor your brave decision to enter counselling and walk beside you with authenticity, respect, and empathy.
My education includes an Applied Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioural Psychology (St. Lawrence College) and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (Adler University). I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC, and I have training as a Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapist. I offer counselling to children, youth, adults, and family systems. I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and loss, parenting, childhood abuse and trauma, life adjustment challenges, and relational conflicts.
